Basic The Mummy MOT Plan

Come to me for an hours assessment where I will examine your tummy gap, pelvic floor strength/function, posture, ability to carry out squat/lunge/sit to stand etc.  We will discuss any bladder/bowel and sexual dysfunction you may be having.  At the end of it I will give you a written report of findings and a prescriptive exercise plan for you to continue with independently.

Cost £65

If you decide after the assessment you'd like a 1:1 PT exercise programme with me we can add it on after. 

The Mummy MOT restore your core plan

This includes: 

  • 60 minute Mummy MOT assessment

  • Written report of findings

  • Prescriptive exercise plan to take home

  • 4 x 45 minute 1:1 PT sessions with me which will be personalised to your goals.  This could be pilates based, strength based, impact based - it depends on where you are on your recovery and what you want to achieve. You can bring baby as well as there is plenty of space in my gym.

  • 45 minute follow up so we can re-assess your muscle balance, pelvic floor strength and function.

Return to Running Plan

This includes:

  • 60 minute Mummy MOT assessment

  • Written report of findings

  • Prescriptive exercise plan to take home

  • 6 x 45minute 1:1 PT sessions with me to get you back to running - this includes strength and conditioning work, impact work and of course a continuation of core stability. You can bring baby as well as there is plenty of space in my gym.

  • 45 minute follow up assessment to check your pelvic floor strength and function. The follow up will also include the completion of the 'Return to Running test' so you know you are safe to run!
