Exercise after having a baby can be a daunting prospect. I understand how important it is to have a safe and supportive environment to begin your postnatal fitness journey. After receiving the go-ahead from your doctor, I welcome you to my studio where I will work with you to develop a customised program that is tailored to your individual needs and goals. Whether you had a tear, prolapse, diastasis recti (tummy muscle gap), or have no issues at all, I am here to help you regain your strength and confidence.
These sessions can either be just for your or with a friend and you can share the cost. Babies and children are welcome!
